Finding Our Ground in a Messy World

Do you find yourself overwhelmed by what is going on in the world?  But while you may feel overwhelmed, you also do not want to, or can not disengage from the world.  What is happening is too important, and we are all interconnected.  We are all impacted by injustice, climate change, genocide, racism, political discord, mass incarceration, poverty….  but these issues can be so overwhelming we don’t know what to do that would really have an impact.

In this 3 – session interactive embodied workshop we will explore:

  • finding ground
  • finding what is yours to do
  • feeling support and connection
  • engaging without becoming overwhelmed
  • rediscovering our inner spark and love for the world
  • grieving the death, pain, suffering, and loss

When:  6:30 – 8:00 pm  Tuesdays: February 8, 22nd, and March 8th

Where:  On Zoom

Cost: $30 (No one turned away for lack of funds. Please contact me directly if the registration fee is an impediment to your participation.)
