Below, I have recorded a shorter grounding exercise and a longer centering exercise. While I typically center while standing, you can be in whatever position is available to your body at this moment. Likewise, some people like to close their eyes so that they are less distracted by the visual field while they bring more awareness to bodily sensation, while other people are more comfortable with their eyes open.
Please let me know if you would like me to record something different. I am happy to make new recordings as requested. You can also make your own recording to suit your own preferences and get used to listening to your own voice. You can also just ground or center by listening to your inner voice.
